is the top migraine and headache tracking app in the world. To date, Migraine Buddy has recorded
terabytes of data that helps patients, doctors and researchers better understand the real-world causes
and effects of neurological disorders.
In continuing the focus on transforming chronic disease management through digital solutions, Healint
has recently developed Clarrio, meant for users with chronic pain conditions. The app will be focused on
coaching programs and intelligent disease algorithm to guide users towards the most ideal specialty
care.

**About the role**
We are looking for Product Managers who are passionate in conducting UX research
The Product Mangers are part of the Product team and work closely with cross-functional teams to
design, execute, and communicate research findings to drive decision-making throughout the entire
product lifecycle. To excel in this role, the Product Managers need to be able to empathize the users and
translate their needs to insights that guide successful product designs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand markets, industry landscapes, and user needs in depth
- Utilize experience in end-to-end Product Management with software/web technologies and
mobile app creation
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business and
commercial issues.
- Drive product development lifecycle, including but not limited to product vision, go-to-market
strategy, driving needs, and product launch
- Plan, structure and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to support the design,
development and continuous improvement of the product
- Understand and incorporate KPIs and technical requirements into product development and
improvement
- Build strong relationships with the users
- Continually test and suggest improvements of the app’s features, contents and designs
- Plan and conduct training and testing of protypes and beta versions with the users
- Collect, simplify and present research data in the forms of demos, reports and presentations
- Analyze, interpret and make decisions based on users’ needs
- Work closely with and support Product, Software, Data, Marketing and Customer Support teams
to translate user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable improvements
of the app features, contents and designs.
- Respond to users’ reviews and feedback
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related
field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in product development lifecycle for subscriptions based mobile products
- Experience in daily interaction with user-centric apps e.g., health tech, education, customer
support, gaming etc. is a plus
- Solid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and UX principles
- Strong understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods,
- Proven track record in designing, facilitating and analyzing a wide range of qualitative and
quantitative user research methods
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
