**Position Summary**

Contribute to client servicing and account management support in attending to and resolving queries received from Institutional clients related to orders, trades execution and settlement on the digital platform.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Support exchange listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody operations.
- Monitor and providing operation support to ensures smooth order execution, clearing and settlement of transactions of crypto and digital security tokens assets.
- Ensure procedures are in compliance with Market Control and Market Surveillance for crypto and securities trading.
- Ensure full AML/CFT compliance in AsiaNext by working on the KYC onboarding in collaboration with Compliance.

**Education**

Diploma in banking and finance/Higher NITEC in business.

**Experience and Skill**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations in the banking / securities services / fintech / payments industry.
- Familiar with regulatory securities and payments services guidelines and procedures.
- Able to work shift (2 rotating shift)
