**AVP/VP Member Supervision & Market Surveillance - Central, Singapore**

An established derivatives/digital assets exchange is seeking a Member Supervision & Market Surveillance professional. You will be given an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance to manage the regulatory compliance, member supervision & market surveillance activities. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to S$120,000.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support development and strengthening of frameworks to promote a robust compliance culture within the entities
- Support development and implementation of appropriate compliance policies and procedures and other governance related matters
- Assist in addressing non-compliance or regulatory breaches by supporting internal investigations as appropriate
- Assist in maintaining constructive and effective relationships with regulators
- To support membership onboarding and member’s trading onboarding
- Support Regular desk-top reviews of member submissions and interactions with members
- Prepare and support onsite inspection programmes
- Other related tasks as assigned from time to time
- Conduct market surveillance duties on day-to-day basis
- Investigate and close alerts on market activities
- Conduct periodic review of alert parameters
- Other related tasks as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business from reputable institutions
- 5-8 years relevant working experience
- Motivated and able to produce quality work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive team player
- Preferably possessing good IT literacy
