We are seeking an exceptional **Hotel Manager to lead a 500+ room luxury hotel** located in the heart of the city. If you have a strong background in Food & Beverage operations and are passionate about delivering excellence, then this role is perfect for you

Your Role:As the Hotel Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, overseeing the entire hotel's operations, including extensive Food & Beverage services. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of service for the guests, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

**Who We Are Looking For**:We are seeking a hands-on operator with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in large, multiple outlet Food & Beverage operations. Ideally, you are currently an EAM/Resident Manager or Hotel Manager of a prestigious city hotel, preferably in Asia. Singapore working experience will be a bonus that sets you apart.

**Your Profile**:You possess a rare combination of strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual prowess (IQ), making you an engaging and welcoming character in the hotel environment. You are the face of the hotel, happy to meet and greet both our esteemed clientele from the ownership group and the local business community.

**Background**:Your background demonstrates a proven track record in managing high-end, 5-star luxury properties. You are well-versed in VIP programs and delivering unparalleled service to all guests. With your exceptional leadership skills, you can confidently lead business meetings, handle P&L and Revenue Management, and oversee the hotel's commercial success.

**Your passion lies in Food & Beverage-The** reputation of products are paramount, and you are creative, entrepreneurial, and well-networked in the social and business community. You know how to put on a show and promote our products, creating awareness and demand.

**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
