**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
Perform sales administrative duties including generating quotations, proposals & preparation of samples
Liaise with internal department for smooth sample processing and timely delivery
Provide high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure customer's inquiries are addressed in full
Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
Minimum O level/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
Proficiency in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication skills, with excellent organizational, administrative & problem solving skills
Ability to work with pressure & tight deadline
Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
