**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Order to maintain**
- Harmonize the international department with cross-departmental business, such as domestic operation and sales, to ensure accurate, smooth and efficient communication and execution
- Participates in coordination with cross-departmental businesses, such as domestic operations and finance, to ensure accurate, smooth and efficient communication and execution
- Strengthen the control of goods in communication with customers/agents/overseas agents/internal departments, deal with all kinds of emergencies flexibly and report to the leader in the first time while ensuring the safety of goods

**Team management**
- Factor goals into tasks (people, time, quality)
- Participates in the process, helping to get things done (establish a mechanism for follow-up and feedback)
- To find problems, solve them, and sum them up at the same time (training and communication are established, and review meetings are organized regularly)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above and at least 4-5 years related working experience
- No limitation, major in business administration, logistics management, marketing is preferred
- Proficiency in ms Office and ability to drive independently is considered
- Good verbal and telephone communication skills customer oriented business service concept good English, Mandarin reading and writing and oral communication skills
- Communication methods and skills, teamwork and coordination
- Knowledge of marketing, data management and analysis
- Communication skills, organization and coordination ability affinity, meticulous and methodical work, strong ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- biomedical cold chain of air transportation: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
