Head of Team Pch(Payment Channels)

**Summary of the position:
**The projects in PCH team are aligned with the global cash management strategy of the bank **.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Plan, design and implement end-to-end software solutions for the bank.
- Work closely with Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, Business Analysts and Users in.Net, front-end SPA and Microsoft technology
- Manage and improve the team capabilities including implementation of automation and newer development technologies.
- Interact with product owners and technical experts to define solutions.
- Drive the team to build an efficient CI/CD software factory.
- Implement and refine project management processes in order to ensure projects success.
- People management for the staff members in PCH team.

**Skills**:

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with 5 years of experience in delivery of enterprise scale critical systems projects
- 3 years of Team and People management
- Excellent knowledge with.Net, Spring, Spring boot, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, Dockers, Kubernetes, React, Kafka, Cassandra
- Excellent knowledge withrelational databases, preferably SQLServer
- Experience in Cash Management and Payment systems
- Experience in automated testing
- Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders

- **Legal and Regulatory Responsibility**:

- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Activitie

**Main duties details**:
**Organize and supervise all activities of CCS/PCH team**
- Repor functionally to manager of GIT/ISAP/CCS/CMC Section
- Ensure proper ramp-up and ramp-down of the team as per the Bank requirement
- Manage budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by functional manager
- **Act as Tech Lead/Architect for the team for technical rework and obsolesce projects**:

- Ensure a smooth end-to-end implementation of the PCH modules in charge using GIT best practices as well as overall GIT quality framework
- Ensure the proper UAT and production support of the modules delivered
- Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken

**Coordinate with other development teams of CMT program in order to ensure consistency across projects and modules.**
- Coordinate with other development teams in order to optimise the global roadmap and associated constraints
- Ensure the good usage of chapters in order to smoothly circulate the information inside and outside the team.
- Coordinate with the integration team in order to align strictly the development with the product owner’s priorities.

- Ensure cohesion and commitment of the team on its missions
- Evaluate staff members’ skill/knowledge and recommend training plan, organize staff mobility and staff career development as needed by PCH Projects
- Make sure the team members observe and respect the Bank’s code of conduct and comply with Bank policies
- Organize and perform coaching to the team members to ensure continuous improvement

**Implement and refine project management processes in order to ensure projects success**
- Coordinate with program management in order to ensure an optimal usage of program methodology
- Propose and implement local tooling/processes improvement when necessary
