Team Introduction
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

What You'll Do
1. Based on the regulatory requirements of overseas regulations (MAS, CBI, HKMA, BI, etc.), summarize the compliance requirements of payment services and establish and maintain compliance review standards;
2. According to the requirements of regulatory requirements and internal policies, review whether the payment product meets the regulatory requirements before the product release, and cooperate with each team to propose relevant solutions; conduct ongoing reviews on the products that have been released, and update the regulatory requirements when the requirements/solutions change;
3. According to the latest compliance requirements, extract the demand for payment products and be responsible for implementation;
4. According to the requirements of channel partners, such as banks and card schemes, extract the requirements for cooperative business, convert them into product rules and implement them into products;
5. Provide professional compliance advisory to internal and external teams in a timely manner to support the major projects of the company.
1. Familiar with the regulatory requirements of at least 1 overseas regulator for payment services.
2. Have a corresponding understanding of the product solutions of the Global Payment industry.
3. At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, including compliance policy, compliance audit, information security and privacy protection assessment, card organization compliance, internal control and operational risk.
4. Excellent cross-team cooperation and communication skills.
5. Global Payment compliance experience is preferred.
6. More than 5 years of work experience and English can be used as a working language.
