**What You Will Do**:
You'll be in the global payment team helping to build the best payment strategy, participating in different game projects and business activities in various countries, and supporting the growth of HoYoverse.
- Success metrics include revenue & transaction growth, conversion, payment activity, and other related KPIs as agreed upon in the team's annual plan.
- Based on the specific business needs of different game projects, participate in the business nodes, including payment strategy, user analysis, activity ideation, external communication, and supporting data collection/planning//landing assistance in implementation, etc.
- Drive coordinated and promoted payment channel activities in close cooperation with the Business, Operations, Platform, Legal, Data Protection, Finance, and various partners.
- Develop and maintain a map of our various channels and payment methods around the world with automated data visualization.
- Provide industry market intelligence on payment solutions across all channels to analyze best practices.
- Work closely with the team on PCI DSS compliance.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience working in payments, acquiring merchant, e-commerce, and Fintech in a solution environment.
- Rigorous and autonomous, you have great relational and synthetic systematic qualities as well as a sense of teamwork and a strong spirit of initiative.
- You are proficient in data management tools (SQL, PowerBi), and project monitoring. You speak and write English fluently.
- Solution-focused: Curiosity is part of your DNA whilst being results-oriented.
- Experience developing and executing strategic business plans.
