**Responsibilities**:

- To engage tenants systematically and proactively across the malls to understand their businesses, challenges, and opportunities.
- To formulate strategies and translate these strategies into action plans for the execution by the team.
- To effectively drive traffic and conversion to tenants.
- To garner tenant participation in group wide campaign and mall/ precinct specific promotion.
- To propose tenant engagement plan and calendar of events to foster relationship between tenants and various stakeholders in the Business Group.
- To assist tenants in curating their promotion and deals to drive response and redemption rate.
- To establish long-term relationship with key and anchor tenants.
- To achieve the annual marketing income target through atrium space rental, sponsorships, and advertising panel rental.
- To provide guidance to team members in the onboarding of tenants.
- To support and collaborate with Digital and Campaign team in the execution of campaigns and promotion.
- To ensure compliance to policies, empowerment framework and proper documentation of all forms of support rendered to tenants.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or any other equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing or retail mall marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Creative and resourceful
