HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for strong team player to join the HR & Admin Department to assist with various HR and administrative tasks. The responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Job Requirements
- Assist in office/warehouse facilities repair & maintenance, security and cleaning services
- Perform receptionist duties - attend to incoming phone calls and walk-in corporate visitors, sorting incoming mails, mailing of outgoing mails and arranging local and overseas courier services
- Seek and compare quotations from various suppliers on procurement of office equipment & supplies (as and when required)
- Coordinate and feedback on Company's transport
- Distributes and clearing of out trays for Top Management
- Office supplies (pantry supplies, stationeries, etc.) - stock take and ensure healthy stock level
- Purchase and issuance of uniforms
- Manage and consolidate lunch orders in daily basis
- Handling company and rental vehicles matters
- Verify expenses with supporting documents for authenticity, accuracy and authorization according to Company policy
- Handling of Company mobile and Telco matters
- Prepare, Check and Process monthly time attendance and leave records for payroll
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR & Admin department, and other ad - hoc duties as assigned

Required Skills And Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Result oriented, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in MS Office and Excel Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- A can-do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Must be willing to work at Pioneer area
