**Key Responsibilities**
The Staff Transport Assistant will be responsible for coordinating daily staff transport operational activities, including:

- Perform transport pooling and route planning
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth vehicle deployment
- Oversee operations at the main transport staging site, manage the crowd, and assist staff
- Manage and track staff feedback and address transport-related concerns
- Ensure external vendor performance and compliance with service standards
- Carry out any further tasks as directed by the company
- Perform afternoon/night shift duties

- Minimum Nitec
- Frontline or operations working experience will be advantageous
- Able to work with computers including word processing and spreadsheet software
- Strong team player with the ability to work well with others
