Changi, Singapore Rush Logistics & Services Pte Ltd Full time

Meet and greet passengers warmly and politely
- Assist designated airlines with transporting and escorting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload pax etc) to and from the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport
- Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work
- Assist and transport passengers requiring special assistance (hearing/visually impaired passengers) at Changi Airport
- Identify passengers' name, flight information and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination
- To communicate and liase with airline staff, immigration officers and other airport staff, when required
- Attend to passengers' enquiries and provide passengers with excellent customer service
- Adhere to all SOPs and safety standards
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English
- Good customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service and administrative background preferred
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing long hours
- Comfortable with laborious/physical work
- Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
- On the job training (OJT) will be provided
- May be required to overtime (OT), when needed

WORKING HOURS
- Rotational shift( 24 hours operation)
- Full time: 6 days work week, 1 rest day per week
- 9 hours work (including 1 hour meal break)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
