Meet and greet passengers warmly and politely.
- Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
- Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and aircraft
- To identify passengers name, flight information, date and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.
- Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and luggage.
- Attend to passengers with an excellent customer service experience.
- Be compliant and adhere to SOP & safety standards.
- Any other ad hoc matters as assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing long hours
- Comfortable with laborious/physical work
- Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
- No experience welcomed, training will be provided
- May be required to overtime (OT), when needed

Working hours
- Rotational shift ( 24 hours operation)
- Full time: 6 days work week, 1 rest day per week
- 9 hours work (including 1 hour meal break)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month
