HR Business Partner(Manager)

Manage the employee lifecycle process with the HR team from recruitment, onboarding, managing of HRIS system, staff engagement, confirmation, employee P-files and exits
- Work closely withOperations Managers and HR team on workforce planning to ensure evergreen workforce on a daily basis and to drive further expansions based on operational needs
- Provide consultation to employees and management on performance, disciplinary and grievances matters
- Front and manage audits, inspection and surveys from regulatory bodies
- Provide and formulate guidance on HR policies, strategies, programs and practices that are in compliance with Singapore Employment Laws and regulations
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-3 years of HR Business Partnering experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization
- Proactive, takes initiative, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealings with all parties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
