**Job Position Purpose / Summary**
This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager, CENTRAL ASIA (DH), ASEAN Sales Team (DH), APAC Marketing Team to ensure the alignment of global, regional and local strategies, with the aim to elevate the company’s brand and improve product adoption efficacy through driving demand, sales and market expansion in the assigned markets. The incumbent will also work closely with cross-functional teams to own and drive customer satisfaction, product compliance, innovation and margin improvement.
**Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations**
Will be responsible for leading and building the Avanos Digestive Health business, mainly in Singapore and in Malaysia. The portfolio is expected to grow steadily in the 5-year horizon and be a significant contributor to maintaining and growing Avanos profitability within the region.
**Sales and Marketing Development and Execution**
- Achieve and exceed territory sales and financial budget and operational objectives working closely with the distributors in the respective countries.
- Drive growth on strategic focus products via increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty to Avanos DH products.
- Support on the forecast of the regional financial and sales budgeting. Support in the schedule of expenditures and analyze expenditure variances, initiate corrective actions.
- Closely monitor and gather competitor and market intelligence (e.g. market trends, market/product share, pricings, clinical practice, procedural knowledge, customer insights)
- Gather customer feedback and resolve issues. Proactively anticipate issues and address potential problems. Suggest prompt solutions and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risk.
- Support and partner closely with Business Development Manager, Central Asia, Central Asia Sales Team and APAC Marketing Team to recommend, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market shares on focused products and assigned markets.
- Support identification of key growth opportunities, develop and execute innovative programs to drive growth and margin improvement associated with the product portfolio.
- Lead commercial, marketing, distributor and customer events and campaigns.
- Develop and prepare presentation materials and marketing tools, e.g. product presentations, business plan reviews, customer presentations, sales conference presentations, induction trainings.
- Organize and conduct product trainings to direct customers and distributors, not limited to educational and clinical workshops.
- Expand network, engage, build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers, directly (e.g. key clinical users, key influencers, opinion leaders) and via distributors. Address their needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions through consultative and collaborative discussions.
- Manage distributorships.
- Maintain high level of customer-service standards.
- Collaborate and partner with sales teams in system configurations. Suggest system or product improvements, work with production and implement change where appropriate.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RAQA) and Regional Marketing teams on product launch plan and manage product life cycle.
**Administration**
- Work with Marketing to maintain product catalogues’ accuracy and completeness of information.
- Attend conferences, seminars and workshops to demonstrate AVANOS’ products and periodically evaluate the appropriateness of our promotional materials.
- Submit reports (brand, category, financial metrics, stocks) and marketing calendars on a timeline agreed basis.
- Review and escalate product complaints to Sales and RAQA Teams for action.
- Support and complete audits.
- Complete and maintain compliance in trainings.
- Ensure compliance and highest integrity
