DESIGNATION : Administrative Associate, Allied Health

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Allied Health Department

**Customer Service Review for Residential Care Allied Health**
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze client feedback from various sources.
- Follow-up with clients’ feedback as required.

**Training Schedules for Residential Care Allied Health**
- Gather training calendars from different vendors and input them in the internal calendar
- Liaise with HR training in charge to onboard new courses and trainees.
- Follow-up with staff on administrative and logistics for applied courses.
- Coordinate and tidy up nurse training schedules

**Data Collection and Analytics for Residential Care Allied Health**
- ** **Consolidating and managing data for dashboarding.

**Project Management for Residential Care Allied Health**
- Supports Project Leads in monitoring timeline, data gathering, and presentation

**Others**
- Support all Nursing Homes with any referrals for DRC
- Perform regular administrative audits on users and system accounts.
- Assist in organizing meetings (physical and virtual) and perform minute taking for Residential Care Allied Health
- Raise Purchase Requisitions and verify Invoices / Delivery Orders for the issue of payments for Residential Care Allied Health
- Any other duties as assigned by the Lead, Residential Care Allied Health.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience.
- IT savvy and good knowledge of G-suite, e.g. Slides, Sheets, Docs.
- Have good organizational skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and possess a high level of integrity
- Team player with good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Able to work independently with different business units and deliver under a tight timeline professionally
