Food & Beverage Manager

**1. **Oversee Kitchen Operations**
F&B manager needs to manage the kitchen and service crews. All the work schedules and shifts will be planned by the manager. They are responsible for interviewing, hiring and training new staff.
**2. **Preparing Daily Sales Report**
F&B manager needs to ensure accurate sales for the day is captured. They are required to pay suppliers when goods are delivered. They are responsible to ensure that the cash in the register tally with the sales report and resolve any discrepancies. They are required to bank-in weekly earnings of the food shop.
**3. **Manage Food and Beverage Inventory**
F&B manager oversees the inventory of all food and beverages at the food shop.
They need to conduct checks to ensure inventory are sufficient and place order for items needed by liaising with various suppliers. They need to conduct regular checks to ensure that kitchen equipment is well maintained.
**4. **Coordinate Food and Beverage Options**
F&B manager needs to work with other supervisors to create new menu.
They need to oversee the preparation of the food and drinks.
**5. **Resolve Customer Complaints and Concerns**
F&B manager needs to ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service. They have to attend to customer’s complaint tactfully and professionally.
**6. **Monitor Adherence to Regulations**
F&B manager ensures that the food shop is kept clean at all time and adheres to SFA regulations. They need to ensure that staff attends basic food hygiene course and knows how to handle the food and beverage.
We are selling traditional brewed coffee and tea, so applicant must have experience in this area. Applicant must be willing to move around various outlets. Applicant must be able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
