Purchasing Assistant- 6 Months

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle day to day purchasing operation from other internal department
- Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-technical items
- Track orders, ensure timely delivery and delivery schedules
- Check, process all invoices and perform good receipts in the BC system
- Verify the charges from local ports, external launches and freight
- Coordinate the food provision and freshwater supply
- Handle internal launches purchases
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Purchasing, or Supply Chain with equivalent qualifications
- Min 1 years purchasing experience in Marine or similar industry
- Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work with team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
