Temporary Clerical Officer (x2)

Salary: $13.60/hr - $15.05/hr

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Location: Novena MRT

Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tax compliance by assisting taxpayers in meeting their Corporate Income Tax and GST obligations.
  • Handle taxpayer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Contribute to fostering a community of responsible taxpayers through accurate and courteous service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 'A' Level or Diploma.
  • Service-oriented with a professional attitude when handling taxpayers.
  • Confident in managing inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Prior experience in customer service with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
