Job Description:

  1. Managed incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Handled front desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive visitor experience.
  3. Performed minor event setups and provided on-site support for special functions.
  4. Conducted vending machine top-ups and ensured consistent availability.
  5. Programmed and maintained card access systems for staff and visitors.
  6. Created, followed up, and closed work orders using Corrigo system.
