Senior Assistant Manager – Clinical Transformation
(6-Month Contract, Mid Nov 2025 – Apr 2026)

Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)

Salary: $4,200 – $5,200

Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

About the Role:

Join the team to support clinical transformation initiatives. You will manage secretariat duties for the Physical Health and Rehabilitation Steering Committee, including meeting coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and administrative support for committee projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and manage documentation for the Steering Committee
  • Support committee initiatives and governance activities
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support
  • Ensure efficient secretariat management and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare preferred
  • Proven experience in senior administrative or project coordination roles
  • Strong organisational and secretariat management skills
  • Experience working with steering committees or governance bodies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in meeting management and minute-taking
