Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: Up to $4,300/month
Start Date: Mid/Late Dec 2025
About the Role:
Join as a Senior Executive in Clinical Transformation. This role involves providing secretariat support for the different committees, coordinating meetings, documenting outcomes, and liaising with stakeholders to support committee initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to go beyond the job scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage secretariat duties, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Support documentation and administrative needs for committee initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and committee members
- Assist in project coordination and ensure smooth governance processes
Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Science, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
- Proven experience in senior administrative or project coordination roles
- Strong organisational, secretariat, and governance management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and career-driven
