Senior Executive / Executive - NCID Clinical Ops (Inpatient)

The Senior Executive / Executive will work closely with Clinical HOD(s), Nurse Managers and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to optimize care delivery and ensure smooth operations of wards to deliver better value to patients and staff.

**Responsibilities**:
To work with Clinical HOD(s), Nurse Managers and other multidisciplinary stakeholders in reviewing inpatient operational processes, manpower requirements, scope of service, infrastructure readiness, etc. to ensure smooth operations and improve service delivery.
To develop and maintain a financially sustainable and quality-driven delivery system that is in compliance with corporate regulatory frameworks.
To provide administrative support to key clinical workgroups, as well as routine reports to key stakeholders.
To engage key stakeholders in establishing and implementing initiatives to enhance existing/ meet new inpatient service needs e.g. increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness in the inpatient area to improve the patient flow, procurement of medical equipment for new service. Infrastructure, manpower, analytics, technology and other requirements needed to implement the initiatives.
To support the planning, development and provide ground operations support for infectious disease outbreak as augmented staff when activated.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Executive, preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare environment.
Senior Executive, preferable 4 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare environment, with demonstrated experience in initiating quality/process improvements, eliminating waste, and in driving projects independently
Maturity and adaptability to work both independently and with guidance in a matrix environment.
Willingness to learn, openness to improvements and challenges, and innovate status quo.
Ability to plan, supervise, execute and manage operational plans
Good organisational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Keen eye for details and patient centeredness.
Good team player, interpersonal, and staff engagement skills with the ability to communicate and work with staff across all levels
