Senior Executive, Examinations

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) has a newly created position for a Senior Executive to support the overall administration of the team and Years 1 to 2 examinations and assessments.
Handle administration for the examinations and assessments team including:
- Exam system maintenance- Planning of committee meetings- Assist external examiners with travel and accommodation arrangements- End of exam finance processing
Years 1 and 2 Examinations and Assessments:
- Support the preparation for examinations and assessments, including question collation and quality assurance processes- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data- Provide logistics support in examination administration and events- Participate in University, School and department events.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in education administration- Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.-
- Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management- Resilient, meticulous and analytical- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
