Facebook’s IES Recruiting Team drives global hiring of professionals across Infrastructure, Security and Enterprise Engineering in APAC. As a Technical Sourcer on our Meta Tech Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of engineering and technical leadership roles. Your work will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business, working towards our mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns
- Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with hiring partners
- Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines
- Drive internal projects

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in a recruiting related role
- 4+ years of sourcing experience for tech roles with in-house technical recruiting team, search firm, or agency
- Experience in technical sourcing is a must
- Experience partnering and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Partners
- Experience influencing stakeholders through data analysis

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in a recruiting related role

- Experience in technical sourcing is a must
