**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Build integrations with enterprise tools via REST/GraphQL APIs, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues, making systems and processes understandable to all.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in SaaS platform engineering, workflow support, or enterprise IT.
- Strong grasp of RESTful/GraphQL APIs and JSON structures.
- Basic scripting or software development skills for platform extensions.
- Ability to connect and manage structured data integrations, with understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with contributing data from SaaS platforms into cloud-based systems of record (Azure preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving instincts—you get to the root of issues quickly.
- Communication skills—you can explain technical systems clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Team-first attitude and adaptability.
- Demonstrated AI/LLM project work in past experience.

Bonus Points
- Familiarity with SSO (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
- Curiosity about AI/LLM features in workflow platforms.
