**Core Responsibilities**:
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Take charge of Final settlement with employees and day to day payroll queries
- Take charge of all Payroll related system troubleshooting with vendors
- Data entry of Overtime in Time Management System
- Liaise with outsource Payroll Vendor for set up of new hires’ Time Management System and Leave’s access
- Preparation of payroll reports such as Overtime, monthly payroll report and payroll variance report
- Liaise with outsource Payroll Vendor to complete payroll functions such as:

- Process & prepare monthly payroll
- Process pay cheques for resignees or terminated and/or dismissal employee
- Log in and prepare print out of employee payslips
- Verify attendance of employees/ number of hours worked, overtime, reimbursement, allowances & payroll deductions, etc**.**
- Maintain & ensure that all employee records in the payroll software such as Tenure of employment, Cost Centre change, Address and all other particulars are up to date

**Learning & Development**
- Monitoring and update of master training record
- Assist in WDA/SDF, Absentee Payroll claims
- Registration of courses for all level (Inclusive of CAG QSM training initiatives)
- Compilation and recording of feedback obtained from feedback form and consolidate for year-end Training Report
- Sourcing for internal and external training vendors (as and when needed)
- Conduct internal training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
