**Details of the Division and Team**:

The purpose of the AFC Execution Change & Governance team is to work with the AFC function/control owners to maintain the integrity and conformance of the APAC AFC function with global standards in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
This role will report to the Regional Head of AFC Execution & Change Governance.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for reporting requirements to global and local stakeholders including production of SteerCo packs and local OpCo decks
- Responsible for development, delivery and maintenance of the regional Book of Work to ensure it is always current and respective countries in APAC are provided the support as required.
- Coordinating across multiple teams, multiple stakeholders and preparation of meeting decks, communication and spreadsheets
- Support the AFAC AFC Outsourcing program
- Support the implementation of Global programs with an APAC nexus
- Responsible for coordinating management meetings and all related formalities including meeting minutes
- Support the coordination of the planning, execution and administration of AFC APAC projects
**Your skills and experience**:
- Minimum 5 years Project Manager/Project Management Office experience in Financial Crime, Risk Assessment or Quality Assurance within Financial Services, Banking or Regulatory environment
- Experience in facilitating and consulting with multiple stakeholders on existing and new projects not limited to planning, project documentation, controlling and monitor progress, budget, and contract management
- Good knowledge of project management/workflow management skills within a Financial Institution
- Working knowledge of Anti-Financial Crime
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with an ability to QA others work
- Experience with creating and delivering impactful presentations. MS skills - especially PPT and XL with a high focus on quality and eye for detail
- Capability to interpret complex requirements and be a self-starter
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
