**Role Description** Citi is on an exciting data transformation journey and the Asia Pacific Federated Chief Data Office is leading the data culture change across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the Federated Chief Data Officer and the Data Chief Administrative Officer, the Data CAO Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating impactful content across a diverse range of communications, designed to promote awareness and adoption of global data standards, and to drive Citi’s data culture across the Asia Pacific region. **Key responsibilities** - Supports the creation of timely and impactful updates to regional executive management on data related initiatives - Employs a range of creative and appropriate content methods which are relevant and targeted to the audience - Produces communications which build Asia Pacific Federated Chief Data Office brand awareness within the region - Provides quality assurance to ensure that communication and presentation materials are consistent and delivered to a high standard - Ensures compliance with corporate branding and design layout guidelines, and appropriate use of Citi communications systems and tools - Ensures alignment to the communication strategy of the Enterprise Chief Data Office **Skills and Qualifications** - Exceptional visual and written communication skills - Experience of working in corporate communications and/or in a global change and transformation programme - Understands the end-to-end management and production of business communications - Experienced in advising others in the preparation of written and visual materials This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
