**Sales Executive - Battery Testing Services**
We are a fast-growing and innovative start-up specializing in **battery testing services**, delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to ensure the **safety, quality, and compliance**of battery products across industries. As we expand our footprint in the market, we're looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive**to join our team and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and account retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the battery testing sector to expand the customer base.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored battery testing solutions that meet safety and regulatory needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal technical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in **Engineering**, **Science**, **Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in **B2B sales or account management**, preferably within **lab testing**, **battery**, **energy**, or related technical sectors.
- Knowledge of **battery testing standards**and **industry regulations**is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grasp and explain technical services clearly and effectively.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Existing network in the **battery manufacturing or testing industry**is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
