Responsibilities and requirements:
Project Planning and Execution:

- Oversee the planning and execution of robotic operations at ports and anchorages for vessels, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive ship cleaning plans, including task allocation, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead the maintenance and operations team to ensure efficient task execution and timely reporting of issues to the head office for corrective actions.

Equipment and Resource Management:

- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and procurement processes to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance utilization and minimize operational disruptions.

Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and industry standards, and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Partner Coordination:

- Maintain good communication and cooperation with partners such as shipyards and docks.

Operations Center Management:

- Ensure orderly and disciplined operations center operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and improving operational efficiency and quality.

Communication and Coordination for Problem Solving:

- Maintain close communication with the head office service team to coordinate and resolve on-site issues, ensuring smooth operations center functioning.

Performance Evaluation and Reporting:

- Regularly evaluate the performance of maintenance and operations personnel, submit operational data, optimization suggestions to the head office, and supervise implementation.

Data Gathering:

- Collect and analyze operational data from the operations center, use statistical methods to assess operational performance, and provide data support for management decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
