Duties & Responsibilities

Management of the mass mobility services on campus, which includes the electrification of Internal Shuttle Bus operations, digitisation of campus fleet and car park operations.Support the development and execution of the Smart, Safe and Sustainability (S3) roadmap for campus mobility including development of operational dashboards, introducing Artificial Intelligence mobility solutions and piloting of Autonomous Shuttle operations on campus.Development of business intelligence on campus mobility solutions / Campus Life through data analysis, study and visualisation to monitor service performance and make appropriate recommendations to improve service standards.Management of the shuttle bus operator to ensure smooth operation of the Internal Shuttle Bus services and compliance with service standards. Keep abreast of latest technological trends, innovations market disruptions relating to electric/digital/autonomous mobility solutions to enhance campus life of all key stakeholders.Execute projects relating to mass mobility services and the S3 roadmap for campus mobility and ensure timely project delivery.Continuously review and make improvements to policies, procedures and guidelines relating to the Internal Shuttle Bus, car parking & campus vehicle fleet operations.Administer the office feedback channels and ensure timely response and delivery of safe and quality services.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in mobility operations, contract management and project management. Fresh graduate may apply. Data-driven and familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BIKnowledge and competencies in electric vehicle and electric charging infrastructure related professional areas will be preferred and viewed as an advantageHighly motivated to learn and possesses strong sense of responsibility and strong drive for resultsPossess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelinesEffective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with good critical thinkingMore Information
