Join Our Team: Become a part of the dynamic and results-oriented Product and Systems Engineering (PSE) Organization within the Heterogeneously Integrated Group (HIG) at Micron. As a Project Administrator, you are accountable to provide support to ensure efficient operation of the team. You will be responsible for coordination of department meetings and appointments (including logístical and travel arrangements), providing general support on matters related to organization and communication as well as the execution of general administrative duties.

**Responsibilities to include but not limited to**:

- Perform administrative duties to include, but not limited to:

- Manage visitor registration through visitor management system, ensuring all visitors are checked-in prior to entering the site
- Meet visitors at Front Desk and escort visitors throughout their visit
- Assist hiring managers in new employee orientations
- Conference room reservations
- Coordinate and organize team meetings and site events
- Facilitate catering with in-house and external catering vendors
- Act as liaison to other Administrative Assistants
- Assist with office moves, new hire workspace preparation
- Assist team members with booking travel, lodging, and expense reports
- Conduct research and compile data for review as needed
- Provide department support
- Provide area/building support
- Ensure smooth office operations
- Distribute incoming mail and packages for multiple TPG bullpens
- Arrange and track package shipments
- Maintain office supply ordering and inventory
- Coordination between and with IT, facilities, and security

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support and collaborating in projects
- The proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organization to support multiple activities in parallel
- Reliable attention to detail, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience developing administrative policies and procedures
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to meet defined deadlines
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work well without direct supervision
