Singapore PM ASIA PROJECT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Documentation and reports management
- Occupational Health programs (medical reports filing, scheduling of surveillance plan, etc.)
- Environmental (wastes water performance records for monitoring, environmental KPI monitoring, energy management system, etc.)
- Safety (site chemical inventory and Safety Data Sheets, etc.)
- Support in various EHS events/promotional/communication campaigns including logistics, administrations, materials, etc. Ad-hoc projects support (i.e. audits/hazardous wastes room project/air quality sampling, etc.)

**Key Qualifications**
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Science or related technological field and 2 years of directly related experience **OR**:

- Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Science or related technological field and 4 years of directly related experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2 years of relevant professional work experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, biopharmaceutical production and EHS experience preferred.
- Competent/Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel and other EHSS platforms
- Experience as a document coordinator with strong administrative skills is preferred
- Being methodical and attentive to detail
- Personal accountability to see issues through to completion
- Proactive/solution orientated approach
- Good communication and presentation skills

**Other information**
- 1 year contract renewable
- Bus Transport services available
- Location: Tuas
