HR Rewards Leader

This is a newly created Rewards Leader role, focus on the compensation and benefits programmes and will be responsible for the Rewards function within the corporate function; planning, developing, and implementing compensation and benefits programmes, policies, and procedures to support the organisation’s goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Group’s annual compensation review.
- Work with external remuneration consultants in the review of key compensation programmes and presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Manage the Group’s Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans.
- Manage employee target-setting and performance review processes.
- Conduct market pay benchmarking in line with business and country requirements.
- Provide compensation advisory to the Country Human Resources teams where we have presence in.
- Oversee employee benefits programmes including the review health and medical insurance benefits.
- Review, recommend and implement human resource policies for the Group.
- Ensure that compensation practices are market-competitive and in compliance with local legislation.
- Conduct job evaluation using Mercer or other methodology.
- Identify trends and implement new rewards practices to attract, motivate and retain talent.
- Work with Finance team on manpower budgets and compensation costs for Group.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or other Finance-related field, with at least 12 years’ experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Able to understand business and people issues and translate these issues into compensation and benefits strategies and align these strategies to business goals.
- Adept at working in growing, fast-moving organisation; and able to work with ambiguity.
- A proactive multi-tasker with a high degree of analytical and reasoning skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in incentive plan design and implementation will be an advantage.
