**About our group**:
The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence dedicated to managing and innovating Total Rewards Programs across Asia. We strive to enhance employee experiences through strategic reward systems and well-being programs.

**About the role - you will**:
As a Total Rewards intern, report to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards. In Seagate Singapore, you will have a taste of both the manufacturing and Research & Development environment that requires different strokes for each program that we introduce. This will test your ability to adapt and think from different angle. Navigating and adapting the different environments within Seagate Singapore’s diverse workforce.
- Program Implementation and Marketing Communication: Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs. Develop marketing and communication materials, manage timelines, stakeholders, and resources effectively.
- Communication Strategies: Identify and develop new communication channels to enhance visibility and understanding of HR policies and programs.
- Policy and Data Management: Assist in updating policies on the HR Portal and support HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization tasks.
- Research on Best Practices: Conduct research on various HR topics and benchmark against industry-leading practices to propose improvements.
- Operational Support: Engage in day-to-day HR and administrative operations and handle other duties as needed.

**About you**:

- Passionate and Creative: Keen interest in HR marketing, communication, and analytics. You should be creative, enjoy thinking outside the box, and possess a flair for communication design.
- Analytical: Able to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborative and Independent: Comfortable working both in teams and independently.
- Able to commit Semester Internship (Dec/Jan) semester.

**Your experience includes**:

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Internal Communication or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with creative content production tools such as Canva.

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work. Being a purpose-built building, The Shugart has excellent employee recreational facilities. Take an active break at our badminton courts, table tennis tables, in-house gym, and recreation rooms. Our yoga and Zumba classes are very popular. We also offer classes and interest groups in photography, gardening, and foreign languages, and have various on-site celebrations, and community volunteer opportunities
