**The Job**
- Responsible for overseeing the credit department team within the company
- Handle loan documentations related to Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products
- Regulate the form and contents of hire‑purchase agreements and the rights in accordance to Hire Purchase Act
- In charge of data entry and document filing
- Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short payment or collection arrangements
- Assist with sales admin processes
- Engage close interactions, coordinating with inter-department and external customers to ensure smooth day to day operations

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years relevant trade experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle, Credit Loan or other loan products in Singapore
- Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently
- Fast in response and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, resilient mindset and can do attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
