**Job Descriptions**
- Ensure trainees do their safe entry when entering training center, Crowd control during peak hours.
- Assist OEs in daily ops admin task for both FPG & Mercatus ie consolidate course registration, attendance and end of course evaluation data for reporting. Assist in batch document filing.
- Logistics support in ensuring class setup is ready prior to course commencement.
- Attending to onsite logistic request for both LHUB classes and FPG & Mercatus users
- Support the Mercatus Training Admin Operation
- Working location at Joo Koon, FairPrice building
**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with experience in training, admin or course coordination work
- Excellent organization and administrative skills
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management
- Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Stress Management
