Central Services Director (Events & MAC)
Work Dynamics

**What this job involves**:
**Events Management**:
Strategic management of a team to churn out successful events.
Ensure Facilities event playbook and event training are delivered
Planning and cost management of HX activities with multiple focus across the region. Focus on DEI and sustainability to be incorporated-Lead country events team in collaboration with facilities team

MAC Management
Strategic management of a team to plan general desk moves, track occupancy changes and assets management
Ensure Facilities MAC playbook and operations training are delivered

**Leadership**:
Teaming up with tons of people to make sure that they are always on the same page with the game plan
Provide strategic leadership on central services for country site operations
Poised under pressure to manage multiple priorities
Cross functional leadership in implementing changes and improving service level to event host
Client and stakeholders Management
Team management
