**Key Responsibilities**:

- After Sales Policy Servicing
- Prepare and send Annual Review package for Insurance Policy
- Prepare and send Quarterly Statements
- Familiar with various Insurers ‘ Statement and product features
- Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to consultants / bankers such as prepare and courier Policy Review document for client meeting
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Escalate any system or process errors to prevent future repeated errors
- Take on additional responsibilities when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the insurance industry or equivalent
- Required language(s): English & Chinese
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- A team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Strong follow up skills and highly independent individual
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
