**Job Scope**:

- To coordinate Non - GMP related services and manage performance of relevant sub
- contractors who provides the service
- Act as a Liaison Person within IFM operational matrix;
- Coordination of Hard Services (e.g. AHU, Generator)
- Management of Soft Services (Cleaning, Reception, CCTV/ Security/ Server Room)
- Manage performance of external service providers to meet service level agreement and KPI
- Ensure safety and security of sub-contractors are always maintained to client’s SOP
- Assist with events and set-up in the office
- Escorting vendors and follow-through (If there’s a need to).
- Collating data for utilities, waste data (General and recycling waste).
- Daily routine check for Office Area and Lab (Rooftop included)
- Manage Receptions counter for Visitors with visitor passes issuance, contractors, Delivery of Items/ parcels.
- To raise Purchase Request and Receiving of Goods/ Services in Maximo System
- Perform Accrual by end of the month
- Stock check on pantry items (pantry snacks, coffee beans, stationeries) and proceed with ordering in Maximo
- Any other tasks as and when assigned.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month
