You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the facility operation and coordinating the maintenance
- Conducting safety inspections to identify risks and gaps
- Maintaining regulatory permits/licenses
- Implementing green initiatives
- Contract management
[What we are looking for]
The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:
- Good knowledge of ventilation systems and working experience in the facilities management of a laboratory will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Workplace Safety and Health regulations and in-depth knowledge of risk assessment for hazard identification, risk evaluation, and risk control
- Resourceful, systematic, meticulous with an eye for detail, and ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Open to developmental opportunities
