[What the role is]

We are looking for Assistant Head / Head, Financial Management, in the Finance and Asset Development cluster.

[What you will be working on]
- Develop financial and budgeting policies and procedures for the Group
- Review and propose annual budget objectives and strategies for better allocation of funds to Group’s activities and projects
- Perform in-depth financial analysis for Group’s management reporting
- Prepare periodic management and budget reports
- Manage and oversee financial sustainability for the Group
- Review current reserves regularly to ensure financial sustainability
- Provide financial advisory for the Group
- Oversee and manage Government grants’ budget marksmanship, utilisation and reporting
- Review and optimise existing sources of funds as well as propose new sources of funding for the Group.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary education in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Business Finance or equivalent
- Specialising in Accounting, Audit or equivalent
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing accounting or finance department
- Resourceful, meticulous, proactive, results-oriented team player
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills for this position
