**The Adminstrative Assistant (Leasing) Role**
- Assist in completion and submission of leasing agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for leasing transactions and loans disbursement
- Perform daily leasing administrative duties, such as checking and validating rental documents, necessary redirection of traffic fines, issuance of invoice for lease and buyback transactions, etc.
- Perform administrative work and duties arising from return leasing transactions, such as deactivation of insurance and processing refund documents
- Update leasing data in systems and maintain records of leasing transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary leasing administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Skill Requirements**
- Proficient in English/Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
- Time management
- Critical thinking
- Monitoring and task management
**Other Requirements**
- Minimum education: GCE N Levels
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Minimum proven 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
