**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Working under the leadership of the Management.
- General office administration and management
- Set-up and maintain an efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential documents
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Director/Manager/Executives
- Manage the errands and schedule of the Management.
- Attend meetings and minutes taking
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations
- Assist the HR team when necessary.
- Attend to the any adhoc task by the management.
- Relevant working experience.
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
- Energetic and eager to learn new skills
- Meticulous and an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of similar Microsoft excel and relevant program.
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Probational for 2 months. Full time staff upon confirmation.
**We are a group of young entrepreneur in the ecommerce retailing line.**
**We do the both consumers and corporate sales.**
**Main Focus is on the electronic products and mostly in the SEA market.
