**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists with customers’ requests
- Assists salesmen to provide administrative and business development support
- Supports service operations and administrative functions
- Ensure completeness of sales agreements / account openings / closures / update instruction and relevant supporting documents are submitted
- Basic compliance checks on relevance documents
- Resolves conflicts timely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Work actively with marketing to ensure smooth and excellent service delivery
- Handles customer's feedback, complaints, and compliments for quality management

Who We are Looking for?
- Minimum N Level holders or equivalent and above
- A Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand severity and dimensions of issues and escalate to Management timely
- Must be able to handle customers’ requests and complaints efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior customer service, call-center experiences or experiences in handling complaints have a better advantage
- Have a valid Class 3 Driver’s License will be welcome.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends as it is a 5.5 days’ work-week job
- Independent, discipline, highly organized worker who is able to multitask and a team player
- Basic from $1800 - $2500

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
