**_ As the TA Lead for Early Talent, you are responsible for the development and delivery of end-to-end recruitment for entry level positions including internships, graduate and apprentice programs. You will design and implement with a focus on early attraction and diversity. Key to your success will be the ability to influence at the more senior levels to advocate the benefit of early talent programs and their impact on workforce optimisation whilst ensuring marketing, attraction and selection activities are aligned to current market conditions._**

Knowing Early Talent and what makes them tick is critical to success in this role, your insights into what's trending, what's not, what they are responding to, how to engage them and what's important to them as they kick start their career journey will enable you to develop, deliver and lead a best-in-class early talent program._**

This is a hybrid working environment, 3 days a week at the GSK office in Singapore._**

- Strong expertise and credibility as an Early Talent expert
- Experience delivering volume and deadline driven projects at a regional level
- Exceptional people leadership capability, you inspire, motivate and support your people
- Proven track record influencing at the most senior levels of an organisation, you can get the toughest stakeholder to adopt
- Knowledge and experience in TA program development combined with a passion for early talent
