**Job Description**:
Opportunity knocks only once with this rare RPO role AGS is looking for a proven talent acquisition leader to manage a high-profile account, strategy, operations, and P&L.
- Managing & leading a team for all recruitment activities, who handle positions from entry to mid-senior level across various business units.
- Providing market intelligence to stakeholders/hiring leaders and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles.
- Identifying future talent needs and leading the team to proactively source and recruit for developing quality talent pools.
- Responsible for developing a recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital recruitment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Ensuring hiring targets are met within the specified SLA’s by maintaining turnaround time and source mix.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining profitability for the respective business units, whilst ensuring the team is proactively staffed to capacity at all times to meet the business demands.
- Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels, whilst taking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive or negative situation.
- Understanding hiring leaders’ needs and delivering value by creating the right solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
- Responsible for deploying sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for mass volume and niche hiring across all levels
- Client relationship management/stakeholder management.
- Strategizing hiring requirements according to client demands and ensuring that their needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with proven leadership and end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into results.
- Ability to formulate customized sourcing strategies as per changing business demands & market trends.
- Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Data-driven, with strategic agility and great presentation skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage/juggle projects/tasks at the same time.
- Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver towards client timelines.
- Flexibility to travel when needed/safe to do so.
