**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Lead the Charge**: Spearhead recruitment projects across **Singapore** and **Southeast Asia**, driving talent acquisition with energy and flair.
- ** Team Builder**: Collaborate with hiring managers to assemble high-performing teams, helping our organization grow and succeed.
- ** Collaborative Partner**: Work closely with the **Talent Acquisition Manager** and department leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- ** Feedback Guru**: Collect and communicate feedback from line managers to improve hiring decisions.
- ** Negotiation Specialist**: Be the go-to contact for salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- ** Assessment Center Organizer**: Help set up and manage assessment centers to evaluate recruitment professionals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Recruitment Pro**: At least 3+ years of experience in a **recruitment agency** or **internal talent acquisition** role.
- ** Independent & Efficient**: Able to work independently, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and staying organized.
- ** Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire**: Capable of thriving under pressure and handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in **English**, with proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages being a bonus.
- ** Creative Thinker**: Able to innovate and approach recruitment challenges with fresh, creative solutions.
